Vaidehi Upadhyaya

Hi, I’m Vaidehi, and I’m currently studying Public Relations at Sheridan College. I’m also interning at PRofessional & Coffee, an organization that helps Public Relations, Marketing, and Communications professionals build their brands, expand their networks and gain real-world experience while learning about the PR industry. Before diving into this field, I had a background in teaching, which really helped me develop strong communication skills that I’m now applying in my studies and internship.

Originally from overseas, I’m an international student and have loved exploring the different perspectives that come with being in a new place.
You’ll probably find me reading a good book when I’m not studying or working. I’m a huge fan of exploring different genres, and I love how reading allows me to see the world in new ways. I’d say I’m an ambivert – I enjoy socializing, but I also need my downtime to recharge. I’m always looking to grow, whether that’s in my personal life or my career, and I’m really excited to see where this journey takes me.
