Writen by Yajnashree Dahl Tim Hortons’ “Roll Up the Rim to Win” is more than just a marketing campaign; it’s…
Excited to join the volunteering team at PRofessionals and Coffee. I’m Yajnashree Dahal, an international student from Nepal pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Global Project Management at Loyalist College in Toronto, I am driven by a passion for fostering positive change and community development.
With a diverse background in social work and few years of experience in both Nepal and Canada, I bring a unique perspective to project management, rooted in empathy and cultural sensitivity.
Starting my project management journey in Nepal, I have assisted in coordinating initiatives for community learning centers and child welfare organizations, honing skills in communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Now, as a Program Facilitator at the Malvern Family Resource Centre in Scarborough, Ontario, I focus on creating inclusive after-school programs for children’s holistic development. Beyond my professional endeavours, I find joy enjoy cooking, painting, and creative writing, seeing them not only as my hobbies but as avenues for self-expression and growth.
Committed to continuous learning, I anticipate enhancing my communication skills, expanding my network, developing new skills, and building my portfolio.
Looking forward to Making a meaningful impact together!
